Is the Buyer responsible for due diligence on this business and ENOR?
Yes, it is the buyer's responsibility to conduct due diligence on the businesses and the ENOR listings before buying. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to conduct due diligence on the businesses and the ENOR listings before buying.
What happens if a listing is inaccurate?
We take misrepresentation seriously. If an ENOR doesn't meet the description provided in the Seller's listing, it will be removed immediately, and the seller will be considered in breach of their agreement with us. Buyers are also protected under the standard-form and non-negotiable English law terms and conditions between the Buyer and the Seller, which must be agreed to before any transactions can be completed on the platform.
